With more than 27 years in the healing arts, I have developed an ever-increasing respect and reverence for human beings - realizing that we are only 1/5 physical. The other 4/5 are energetic - emotional, causal, mental, and intuitive. I learn more about being human every day, with every client, experiencing firsthand how intricate and expansive we truly are.
I began studying craniosacral therapy in 2002, and the therapeutic use of gemstones in 2017. Being a voracious reader and seeker, I have also studied various spiritual traditions and psychological theories. As I've gained knowledge and experience, both my philosophy and my practice have evolved. Rather than limiting my focus to treating specific conditions, I utilize the totality of my expertise to partner with my clients on their journey to better health and functionality. I gently unwind the body, address the core causes of many physical issues, and offer support with emotional, mental, spiritual and life challenges.
I don’t consider myself a healer. I’m just a person with training, intuition, and the understanding that your body is capable of amazing things. Together, we can put it in the best possible position for optimum health and a fulfilling life.
